It has been hell living here. Just to summarize, we've been robbed, our apartment had flooded 3 times in the last 2 years, we've had a total of 17 service calls about the A/C, one of them being after it leaked so bad it started an electrical fire in the middle of the night. The repair man is ignorant and half-asses everything and the apartment manager thinks she's in charge of the freaking Marriott. We were robbed on a day that the maintenance man worked on our A/C (yes one of the 17 times) and he conveniently forgot to lock the deadbolt (as determined by the Crime Scene Detective). Then they claimed no responsibility for the situation. These apartments are ghetto. I don't walk my dog at night without my S&W .40. Every year they jack the rent up $40-$80 just to gladly give us a $20 discount for renewing. Traffic during the weekend and especially Christmas (it's a block from the mall) is horrendous. It's takes 15 minutes just to get out. I will never recommend these apartments to anyone. Also, each apartment is supposed to get 2 spots... well ours are ALWAYS taken and there is no enforcement of the rule. One last thing that really pissed me off: After September 11th everyone was showing their pride with the American flags. We stuck a 3"x4" sticker of a flag in our window (to avoid drilling holes outside for a real flag) and we were forced to remove it. Go live elsewhere! Trust me!
