Floor plans in some of the apartments are great but other than that, this place was terrible!
1. Rules are only enforced as suits the "Operations Manager". If she likes you, you can do what you want. If she doesn't or if she is in a bad mood, watch out! She acts like she is Donald Trump running a multi million dollar business instead of a single owner apartment complex.
2. The lawn care is horrible. They would spend all day making us listen to their equipment but for some reason at the end of the day, it didn't look much better than it did when they started.
3. The "Operations Manager" fired one of the few decent things to do with this place - the maintenence man. The person who filled his place had a rotten attitude and now that person is gone as well! He only lasted a couple of months!
4. If you have a problem with the "Operations Manager"/Apartment Manager -yes, this is the same person - there is no one to call for assistance. There is no management company and she will not give out the name of the private owner and so she can basically do anything she wants.
5. The appliances in my apartment were in desperate need of repair. The air conditioner had duct tape on it, the dishwasher didn't wash anything and the garbage disposal had been broken for more than a year.
There are plenty more reasons not to move here, but really...what else do you need'
Spend the extra money and live somewhere that they actually care about their tenants!
