Hey...this place looks great. I went by and talked to the current residence and they say the maintainence people are great. And I haven't had any problems with the landlady, she's actually been very helpful. I haven't moved in yet, but they are putting a new oven and new refrigerator in my apartment per my request. Maybe my review will change later but for now I think it is definitely the best for your money in JAX. I've looked at least 25 different complexes within the city and this one seems the best.

Out of curiosity, did you move in? If so, please tell me what you thought. I wish I had found this place before I moved in. If I had known what I know now, I would never have rented there.
