I have lived here for 2 years and when my lease was up the renewal letter said one thing and the lease said a higher amount. I questioned this and got the same runaround treatment. I have had to call maintenace several times because my water would not shut off. And yes we pay for water. There is mold due to all the water problems and I can't get anything done about it. Once again the layout is excellent but not worth the trouble.
