Regency Place Apartments

Worth It! From: Yankeebean15 Date posted: 5/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have been a resident going on our 2nd lease here. I am very satisfied with the complex. It is quite, clean and anytime I have had small issues maintenence is very prompt in fixing them. Coming from a different state where rent was much higher for much less I find the apartments although dated have the room you will not find in newer models. I NEVER hear any of our neighbors and the view we have of the nature filled pond is wonderful. I also find the staff to be nice. I also feel safer here compared to the complexes nearby. I think if you are looking for room to live not glam this is the place for you!
