i have stayed at another apartment complex within this area, but chose this complex over the other because of the lay out. It has been nothing but a nightmare since i moved in after a gathering I was threatened with an eviction. As time went on things got worse, there have been several crimes committed on the property (i.e. there was a letter left in residents doors saying someone had been shot in a robbery attemp but it was an isolated incident, the recommendation was to look out for suspicious people;then another letter left in the doors,apartments are being broken into,recommendation was to leave a light on, leave t.v. or radio on when going to work or out for the day or install an alarm at the residence expense, then vehicles were broken into, recommendation was to detatch the face of the radio, cover speakers, get a car alarm. Not once did the property managers/owners take responsibility for the problem by hiring JSO,security or installing alarms or provide gated access or any other measures to minimize the potential threat for crime. The apartment manager has got to be the nastiest, most unprofessional individual this property owners could find. My lease is coming to an end and i am happily leaving. I could go on for another 5-10 sentences concerning the problems I have been subjected as a resident of the apartment complex.
