The manager has no clue what is going on, and does not care...went thru 5 or more assistants, never received the apt we agreed upon, never got the carpet replacd, or painted....painting was done a year later, if we signed on another year...we did....carpets never cleaned, never reached the walls in one room....manager is never in, and calls are hardly returned if at all....answering service is a joke, and so is on site maintenance...they never gave us the new carpet or cleaned the nasty old one after the painting nightmare....and now that we moved out, they are charging us for carpet cleaning and repairs...said our cat ruined the carpet...logically one would think if you did not put in the new carpet from day one, then surely put it in when they move out for the next resident, esp if that ruined....they told us they were leaving it in, just cutting out the 2 spots...never lied to us about answering our certified letter....told us on the phone yesterday she replied with a certified letter....funny how we received today, a letter dated a week ago, but stamped June 3rd, 2009...there are no needs to lie...post mark clearly reads June 3rd, and it was not sent certified, because we have not signed for it. Bottom line here is, we paid rent on time, never late, sometimes early, very quiet people....we just cannot understand how you do not do a walk thru at move in, make promises, and never keep them, and then just simply blame past assistants...easy to pas the buck. They are scam artists, never gave us the owners names after asking many times...we got it legally with a phone number, and the owners never called back either or responded to our certified letters ...Edgerson Regency Investors Inc of Regency Place Combined.....have no clue what Linda does, or lies about, or they do, God forbid, and let her scam residents....such a blessing to be out of there, and we pray for others still there, that they are never treated like we were. There are no excuses for what they have done from day one...it is all about the dollar....we will never recommend that place to anyone, not even to a dog. Whatever happen to compassion, and simple professionalism' God Bless them
