Regency Place Apartments are well kept, beautiful lawns and shrubs, great pond with geese and ducks. The complex is locally owned and local managed and all decisions are made locally not by some corporation out of state. The NEW property manager is very helpful and friendly and even say HELLO and how may I help you. The maintenance department is "top notch" and are very friendly and helpful and always finish the job the first time. If there is a delay in parts and/or repairs you are given a timeframe when the repairs will be completed. The complex is very quiet and you never hear your neighbors. If there is a problem the current management handles it immediately. The apartments are neat, clean and well kept. Parking and security are more than adequate. In fact, they drive thru the complex at all hours of the night. You can even walk the complex after dark and do not have to be afraid.
