This property is old and needs alot of upgrades which the owner will not pay for. The manager is nice at times but most of the time is a real pain in the butt. Thats why she has been here so long becuase she does what the owner wants and that is to collect money. DO NOT rent here.

I don't know what the property was like when you lived here in 2005 - 2006, but my immediate response to your post dated 2009 is, get a life. Why are you complaining about somewhere you lived three years ago? I have been here since the end of September of 09. No, not long but long enough to have a very accommodating move in experience from the owner and the manager. The maintenance staff has taken care of any problem that I found very quickly and professionally. This place may not be fancy. I am not looking for fancy; I am looking for courtesy, professionalism, and most of all peace and quiet. If I want fancy, I would have moved to a condominium on the Southside or closer to the coast.
