Years at this apartment: 1999-01-01 - 2001-01-01
I stayed there for 2 years in apt 305 and 613 and always had trouble with other tennants with noise.
The sever would back up in the parking lot.
The maintenance people were thieves, the place was so bad that they hired a 24 hour gaurd that stayed ina shack.
They should just make it SEC 8 and get it over with.
Plus screwed my credit report when I left saying I owed them money, which I did not.
When I called to get on the property managers butt that screwed it up, they said she transfered to another complex and refused to give out a way to reach her.
So I had to pay over $400 because these uneducated females.
Defintely the worst by far that Tarragon Properties has.
I finally left that crap hole for Ponte Vedra Beach a place called Fairways at the beach.
What a vaction!!!!!
