From: autec85042@yahoo.com Date posted: 10/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I stayed there and always had moise problems with thug tennants that had no respect for anyone.The cops were always there on some type of call. The sewer has backed up many times. Crime was so bad they hired a private security firm and posted gaurds at the front gate. I moved out eventually and then they said I did not pay them money to clean up my apt and they screwed up my credit report. I had to hire a lawyer to get me out of it. Like one posting stated, they should just go ahead and make it low income SEC 8 housing and get it over with, that way all the thugs can get their Gov't assistance they so desire and say they are entitled to becasue they can't get a job due to another race.
