In all fairness to The Regents apt complex and to the Lynd Corp.I have lived at the Regents and the apts in and of themself are very nice,they have undergone extensive renovation and it is beautiful.In regards to the weed and loud music...come on now like this is the only place that has that..really'The staff are great and very helpful from Management to Maintenance..they are great,I had to go out of town so I transferred my Sct8 and decided to come back to the Regents with no hesitation.Yes I would recommend The Regents to family and friends.It is some tenants and/or their friends that can sometimes cause a problem but overall I think that living here is great.Check out the new fitness ctr and the afterschool program and the computer room.Give the Regents a try ......see for yourself.D and J

If you have section 8 then I guess you wouldn't mind loud music and weed smoking but as a parent who is a full time professional, I would never in good conscience recommend these apartments. But hey if you like trash everywhere and rap music with foul lyrics blaring constantly then I have no response for that.
