Regents

 

#1 My roof has had a leak since the 2nd month i've been in the apartment.

No matter how many times they send their bootleg roofers out there to fix it still leaks from the EXACT SAME SPOT!!! My lease is up next month...i've gotten to the point where i just had to put duct tape on the roof to stop the leak in apartment b\c they've never fix it.

#2 The management is retarted.

I've paid my rent on time every month except once.

And do you know that i've had eviction and\or late notices on my door EVERYTIME i've paid on time! And when u call them to make them aware, they get an attitude.

I'm the one who should have an attitude b\c YOU need to get business straight

#3 Ghetto Fabulous.

I feel like i drive into the middle of a ghetto novel each time i drive through the gates.

If it not 4 or more police cars parked in front of the apartments, then its police helicopters, fire trucks,ambulance,chick fights,etc.

These apartments are and the management is HORRIBLE and i wouldn't reccomend them to my worst emeny.

If you though about signing a lease w\ the REGENTS....run, and don't look back it's not worth the 99.00 special TRUST ME
