Upon move-in, our showers were covered in red mold, and all surfaces were coated with paint. Maintenance requests were NEVER taken care of, and my boyfriend had to make repairs himself. Workout equipment was always malfunctioning. Associate management was usually helpful, but HELEN, THE COMPLEX MANAGER, is ungodly rude. She makes clients wait 20 minutes without explanation, and REFUSES to speak to clients with questions. Upon move-out (we broke the lease) the amount due changed three times, each time increasing at HELEN's estimate. Outdoor lighting in disrepair. Garbage overflows. Car wash hose always missing. WASPS and BEES NESTS at residence doors that are NEVER removed. Repeated requests to have door lock repaired went unheeded, and my boyfriend frequently traveled.
