I have lived there a year and a half and my apartment has been flooded 2 times from the hurricanes last year. The reason why it has been flooded is the landscape buy the apartments slopes back toward the apartments and there are no gutters so if it rains the water instead of sloping away from the apartments it slopes back toward them and floods and the water get between the foundation and gets into the apartment. Also water gets on my screened porch too. I have asked number of times what are they going to do with this issue and I have been getting the run around for over a year. They have promised that they have a work order to fix the problem and still haven't and now it is another hurricane season and my apartment will probably get flooded again. The apartment manger and the employees there have not been helpful what so ever. You have to pay to wash your car on site(no free water hose to use). Garbage compactor always broken. It is a great location dont get me wrong but if the management is not there to help you or have the RESPECT to care about the tenants then IT IS NOT WORTH YOU HARD EARN MONEY.
