This place SUCKS!!! The management is about stupid, the maintenance folks are nice though.

I can totally hear the guy in the place above me take his morning leak, and he has a huge a$$ dog that barks all day.

I work nights and need a place where I can sleep during the day, every time I complain to the front office, all they say is "We have sent him a notice"...what the hell, is the notice blank'!'!' I end up having to go over to a friends place and try to sleep, but then what's the point of paying rent.

The parking isn't so bad, and there is a couple of the neighbors that are real nice, but there are more people that just don't care that they might be bothering somebody else when they decide to keep shouting down from the patio to their friends in the parking lot, or they put their stereo speakers on the patio and blare them.

The grounds look nice and the maintenance guys are always driving around trying to keep the place clean, but the front office never fines any one, so why should anybody follow the rules.

I have almost been hit by a couple people flying through the parking lot, I guess they don't care what happens to their car when they hit the speed bumps.

It is nice having a courtesy office now, we hadn't had one since I moved in.

I will admit that if I knew now how this place was going to be when I moved in, I would not have moved here.

I am just a regular working guy looking for a nice place to live where I don't have to worry about crime and can try to get some sleep. If I pay luxury apartment rent, I want to live in a luxury apartment community with neighbors that expect the same peace and quite.

I've gone to the pool a couple of times, but it's pretty nasty, and I've tried using the workout room, but it's not what you see in the brochure.

I didn't realize that crack whores are working in offices now, next thing you will tell me that your pimp is offering free dental...I guess hookin just isn't like how they portray on the television. It's okay, I understand that you are mad because you out'd yourself...like a D.A.
