Only complaint is slow maintenance!

I have placed 2 work orders with maintenance on a Thursday. One of them involves the kitchen sink backing up when water is run and a garbage disposal that doesn't work. It's now Sunday and no one has shown up. For as much as I am paying for rent, I'd expect a quicker response time from them. Mind you, one maintenance worker lives in my building.
