The apartments are clean and well maintained. The staff is exceptional-- very nice, always going out of their way to take care of you. The repairmen are the best in FL-- they respond to your complaint usually within the hour and are always fixing more than one thing (usually I didn't even realize-- I'll call about a leaky faucet and they replace my A/C Filter as well). A couple policemen live there with their cars parked out front and every apartment has a security system that scares away thieves whether it's activated or not. It's a bit more expensive than some, but the staff and the space, the shed you get along with the room and the fact that nobody lives above you (all apartments are single floor) make it more than worthwhile. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
