We moved in here from out of state. Over the phone everything sounded good. When we showed up to move in the apartment was not even ready for us. We had to go away for a few hours so they could fix it. We then has to sleep in a different unit the first 2 nights. Once we we living there we discovered that maintenence was horrible at best. They never fixed anything. We also had a unit the was infested with roaches. The office kept telling my wife and myself it was squirels. Not believable when you would wake up at night and see them in your bathroom and here them throughout the walls. The exterminator even knew of the problem but was not allowed to complete proper maintenence to eleiminate it. My kids and I at first thought the lizards everywhere were great until we found out that they eat the roaches. We moved in 2 months of being there. I sent a formal letterto the rental authority in JAX and have not head from the community ever again about breaking the lease. Guess cause they know there is a problem
