Sometimes the old phrase you get what you pay for doesn't always seem to apply and that is true with this place. The rent is rather high and there are significant problems with termite, roaches, and the maintenance isn't all that great. In regards to maintenance, the maintenance staff themselves are very knowledgable and helpful but trying to get them out there is like pulling teeth. I usually have to make 2 or 3 calls to the office before someone comes out which makes me wonder if they are even writing down my requests at times. I have had problems with my AC unit, Dishwasher, and on-going problems with the alarm system that have yet to have been fixed. When we 1st moved in, they were still working on the apartment. The mirror in the master bath was cracked and broken. They simply covered it up with a mirror trim and you can still see it.

Another sore point with me is the high pressured sales tactics used by their leasing consultants to get you to sign.

While the ammenities aren't bad, there are a lot better places to go for the money.
