I moved into these for the second time...i love the one story feature....you never hear your neighbors when you are in your apartment. They have new staff that is awesome .They are very friendly and very helpful. I love the location and the school district is awesome.

I agree with everything you said. Parking drunk poeple all hours of the morning and the crazy dog poop, all right by my door. I pick up mine and the lady that lives across from me picks up hers. So many people have dogs of the breed that is not allowed and the poop, it's everywhere and it's big and nasty, and I hate it.

This place sounds gross. I have a friend who recently moved in and he didn't really have anything good or bad to say about the place, but when I went to visit, the parking-lots looked like a dump! We are searching for apartments now and I can't tell you how frustrating it is to find affordable, safe living in Jacksonville!!!
