First I would like to explain that this web-site offers a great oppurtunity to rate your apartment community, however you never know who is providing the comments. Whether the comments are positive or negative, you never know if the leasing specialist emailed in a great comment or if the leasing specialist's ex-boyfriend sent in a horrible comment to get revenge. That being said, everyone is entitled to their opinion good or bad, but we must realize that there are people's feelings involved. I hope that all of our Residents feel comfortable enough with me to discuss any problems they may have within our community and the office team. I am available for your comments, problems and praises. If not given the oppurtunity to address a problem, I can not help resolve it.

In closing, I suggest that when reading the comments about each property on this site, try to obtain your own opinion as well. Also, when leaving comments on this site, remember the person you are writing about probably reads this and your point can come across without calling names and downright hurting their feelings. Actually, comments would be more effective if they stated the reason the experience was so horrible instead of making personal attacks based on someone's appearance.
