I've lived at the Reserve for two years and so far I really enjoy it. Honestly since I have dogs (and man what a huge pet fee but everywhere has one) the berber is pretty but a pain with pets. I really enjoy the patio (on the first floor) and this wonderful breeze comes through. For the first year there was construction behind us and it was horrid for noise but I work part time so most people didn't hear it during the day, it's great now that the stuff is built.
I think out of the two years I've been living here we've (fiance and I) had to kill 4 roaches total and only one was huge. I recently saw a silverfish in the cabinet but no more since then so I don't know why people complain, after all this is Florida and you can't completely avoid bugs.
I do not understand their rent structure as I know for a fact (talked to my neighboors which are now moving out due to the rent hike) we paid $100 more a month than them but then our rent hasn't been raised either, so I guess that evens out since we've been paying more all along.
I notice alot of dog poop everywhere along and there used to be a maintenence guy that would help pick it up but that doesn't occur anymore. There are ALOT of residents that don't pick up after their pets or leash them, which is infuriating on both accounts (there is a leash law but apparently they don't know this) once again not managements fault except I feel when people complain about pet waste they really should impose that $50 fee they threatened with.
Overall I'd recommend it, the rent is high but it's a nice place and great location.
