The property is beautiful, the floor plans are great and the office staff are more than helpful. If you're going to purchase, you'd better buy a top-level unit. The noise between floors is horrendous. If your neighbors upstairs have kids, you're in for the pitter patter of little feet all day and all night. It's ridiculous! A property this beautiful and expensive should have been better constructed. GOOD LUCK!
