I am so confused with what is going on in this place. Calex is the management company but from what i Have heard froma friend is that there is the owner of the community that is a complete jerk. I have seen him in the office smoking INSIDE ! He talks to people like they are servants and with no respect. I know Calex may manage this community .. but maybe if they are treated like trash they don't have much of an option... I would think to cut the deal move on and not work with owners that act like this guy. This way Calex doesnt look like the bad guy.
