Reserve at James Island Condos

Don't buy condo due to noise From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   OK. These are nice apartments with good staffing and quick maintenance, if needed. The noise is truely unbearable. I can actually hear my next door neighbor using the restroom and my upstairs neighbor walking around.
