Beautiful grounds are welcoming. At least until you see the hoods from down the road wandering about. As one poster wrote, it is disconcerning to see 14 yr old girls walking the streets dressed like women of the evening. The staff is friendlier than staff members past. Those that live here know what I mean. I always recieve a nod from neighbors and staff as you pass them around the grounds which is comforting. i do lock my doors and windows at night though. it seems the rental staff will allow just about anyone to move in as long as they have deposit. Unfortunately I think thats the law though. The living quarters do show there age though. And roaches do seem to have a sublease going with some of the residents from what Ive heard from others.
