You Move in AS IS , everything may look nice for a while until everything starts to break down. Big problems take months to get fixed !!! Or they dont ! As for the nice trees and all ...well if you park under any of them, your cars will be covered in bird poo. If it rains branches will fall on you car sometimes as big as your car. Mant. guys are good but everyone in the office are retards. Not to sure they know how to make phone calls.
