I have never been treated so rudely by anyone as I have been treated by the staff. They are discourteous, disorganized and just plain out rude; especially the manager by the name of Fern. I wouldn't refer someone to this complex for a million dollars musch less three hundred. If you call for clarification they will give you hell. If you are late by one day on your rent you will be treated like scum. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

not management, someone who can pay rent on time and not ----- about a late fee which is agreed to when you sign your lease, all communities have late fees
