When I moved to Riverbend a year ago, I signed a lease immediately. I loved the size of the apartments and the trees...how beautiful. I also liked that this was supposed to be a gated community. That gate has never worked, and there's been no attempt to fix it. Meanwhile, there have been three armed robberies behind my apartment, three break-ins around my apartment, two cars and one motorcycle with trailor stolen. There is trash everywhere and the place smells of urine...the human kind. Someone tried to break in my apartment on Halloween night and I've lost all of my neighbors. I am alone here in crimeville, but I've been taking some self defense classes. I would never recommend anyone live here unless you flourish in a drug and crime environment. Spend a little extra and get away from a place that doesn't care about its residents or their safety.
