I have live in these apartments for move then 5 years. When I first moved here the office staff was great. There have been 3 or 4 different managers in the time that I have lived here. Every time they just get worse. Fern is the worst, I have to say. She should not be able to be in charge of anybody or anything. She does not make sure that any problem you complain about is taken care of, unless it is her family that lives here. Maintenance is getting worse too. Work orders are not done, and you have to call 4 - 5 times to get anything done. Roaches. Horrible. I have lived in 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, and each one has been worse then the other. The maintenance supervisor, will only come to your apartment to fix anything if you are a cute girl that he can hit on. The gates have never worked in the time that I have been here. Drugs, and crime, horrible. This is in the ghetto. Do not move here.

i totally agree...the other girls in the office do not know anything...they always state i will call you back in an hour, well my hour never came. i call back 3 and 4 times and no response to none of my questions. Pinnacle should do an internal investigation on the folks that they hire!
