I am currently in the process of moving out. When asked why do you want to leave Riverbend, I laughed at the office staff and told them to take a look at all of the work orders that are not complete. Look at your nasty grounds that you don't upkeep. Look at how my unit is falling apart. Look at how your maintenance man walks around with his 2 dogs (that are over the weight limit for these apartments) and lets his dogs poop in front of your door then walk away like nothing happened. Look how you treat your current tenants versus the ones that you are trying to fool to live here. These apartments are disgusting! DO NOT SIGN WITH RIVERBEND...and they are wondering why everyone in my building has left as soon as the lease was up!!! I can't wait until my lease ends, I am out of here!!!!

Thanks for speaking up because I agree. Could add some of my own horror stories and comments. LOL @ the 5/12anonymous response from looks like management. Looks like they dont place breed restrictions given the number of pit bulls at this place. Maybe they put breed restrictions on minerture poodles since i never see any of them around. Love the defensive comments in 5/12 response about calling to remind office because staff "forget to write up work orders". Since they do it so often/repeatedly maybe they need to hire people with functional brains and memories instead of ones who blame being too busy & cant do what theyre paid to do. This place looks 50% empty AGAIN...gee, wonder why!

well if the office isn't notified about what apartments have dogs then nothing can be done. You have to understand the leasing agents do not just write work orders all day, I have sat in the office and waited my turn to speak to someone, they do get busy and i can see why they might forget to write up a work order. I would call back to check the status of my work orders and was told that i was forgotten about and they did write it up after the 2nd call. Was fixed the same day due to their error.

It is clearly evident that Leasing Agents just do not process work orders all day; however if I speak with one in reference to something being fixed in my apartment then it should be safe to think that it is going to be done. If a leasing agent is unable to fully perform their job by being able to multi- task, and ensure something as effortless for them to do as referring a work order is done, then they need to find other employment. And, this is coming from someone who doesn't have anything against River Bend. If a leasing Agent called to inform their payroll department that there was an error with their check I bet that leasing agent would want their check to be corrected immediately, and not forgotten because the payroll specialist was quote" TO BUSY TO DO THEIR JOB".

obviously the person responding on 5/13 is an office staff. you need to do your damn job and that is customer service, you have a sign in the front entrance that says "we love our residents" how the hell do you love us when you don't do what you are asked to do, you state you will call back but you never do! i always, always have to call back several times a day to get my work orders done or to get a simple question answered. if you don't want to work with people maybe you should get another job! i thank GOD that my lease is ending next month and I am OUT OF HERE!!!!
