The apartments are reasonbly priced; however, you get what you pay for. My upstairs neighbor was always banging on something at all times of the day and night(sounded like a hammer banging on the walls & floors). I complained to the office over a dozen times before something was finally done. There were roach problems. The heat kept breaking this winter and when maintenance would come to fix it; it would break the same day. We had numerous leaks, including one where we had to stay in the "show" apartment and they never gave us another smoke detector (which is against the law). Do not move in here. It was a bad living experience

well then dont get a smoke detector, take the risk of not havinging one because you dont want to make a call. its all on you for not notifing them.
