I live in the 26 building of River Bend. For those of you that don't know, My patio sits on the St. John's river. I enjoy living here and can't imagine moving anywhere else. I was able to sit on my patio and watch the fireworks this past friday. No more fighting traffic downtown to see fireworks. Very convinent to regency and downtown. I can nap on my patio and fall asleep to the natural sounds of the river. Maintence has been great and fixed all my requests so far, there was a couple times that I had to call and check on my request. The staff seems to pick up the trash that other residents leave on the grounds. Kudos to the staff for picking up the garbage. Never thought I'd find an oak lined driveway like I've seen in New England. The property manager is very friendly and caring about the residents. I also enjoy the closeness of the area's grocery stores and pharmacies, also restaurants. I look forward to many years here. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

now you know that you are telling a LIE...when do they pick up the garbage? what oak lined driveway, don't you mean the old trees that have big limbs to fall down every time a little bit of wind hit them??? are you crazy, no you must be office manager...get real! You must have the incorrect Riverbend Apartments if you feel that the office manager is "friendly and caring" about the residents, you obviously are the office manager or you are a NEW RESIDENT who has not had to deal with them very much...but guess what, you will and you will see that all of the comments are completely true! signed wantthetruth

yeah, these definitely sound like the sugar coated words of a salesperson/manager...I'm glad I left when i did. The ghetto soldiers were setting up camp as our U-haul drove away. The ghetto is right across the street. Just go to Publix and you'll see hoods mixed with sweet little old ladies. Unfortunately, the Federal government has made it illegal to discriminate against trash for trash's sake and a culture where it's hip to be thug trash keeps it going. Riverbend is a sign of whats to come.
