I'll start off by saying I am not one of the management staff. Second , despite maintanice issues, I LOVE living here. Where else in town are you going to get a 1580 sqft apartment, over looking the St.Johns river, including water for $1064 a month' We're literally only paying $0.67 a square foot. Our base rent is $999 dollars, we do have a pet rent of $10, and then water. I can walk in the computer room, close the door, turn the surround sound on my computer ALL the way up, and not disturb anyone else in the house the walls are so sound proof. Or outside that I know of. The down side to that is if your in the back of the apartment friends have to learn to call you cause you can't hear the front door. They are working on the maintanince issues. And if you talk to the Manager or the girls in the office they will help you out. They have made a transition with a roomate a wonderful process. They are also working the bad element out of the complex. This is a Pinnacle property and I've only seen them do excellent things. Give this place a chance it's awesome.

you are telling a f#cking lie! You must be management staff. I lived on the 1st floor and i heard my upstairs never having sex with different chicks every Friday night! That is the most horrible thing in the world especially when you have company over!!! Sound proof, you need to cut that mess out! You are such a liar!!!!!!!!!! The reason your rent is so reasonable is because the apartments are garbage! You are acting as if this is a mortgage payment you live in a freaking apartment complex...get real!

I noticed you failed to mention that the St johns river is nothing but a stream with a ton of factories. Yeah, thats really worth $1k to look at! When my doors and windows are closed, I can easily hear everything from the ghetto neighbors driving through the place blasting their rap, to the infant next door crying every morning at 3am to the teens above me rocking out till midnight everynight. If it weren't for Unisom, I would have died from sleep deprivation. There are some nice "looking" spots, but don't even start to say that your walls are anything less than paper thin! Rent is cheap but you get what you pay for.

You are the people from the office! You are so full of $hit to sit here and say how wonderful these apartments are- Maybe like 10 years ago they were but since you lazy people have taken over they have gone to hell. I hear the people above me all day and all night they stomp 24/7 I have even brought it to your attention and NOTHING! the Maintaince SUCKS you guys have yet to fix ANYTHING I have called you out to do- ( which by the way I am keeping record of) There is only one person in that whole office that has it together and that is Rosa. Why don't you put some effort into cleaning this place up? Get the drug dealers out and FIX the apartments up and GET THE GATES FIXED!!!

True. The walls are paper thin and the first sentence in this review makes me believe more that this is in fact...staff. All the reviews that are negative are consistent with each other in the fact that the noise and crime is a real problem. To write a review like this is a shameful attempt to boost ratings.
