I've lived in the complex for two years and just signed another lease. I've had one "bad" neighbor and three very good ones. I have NO problems from the neighborhood. People do not harass others here. I have a small dog that must be walked three times per day. So far I've walked him over 2,000 times in this neighborhood and have been treated politely, or ignored. How much better can it get' I've seen the management staff kick a$$ with noisy residents and violators of the public peace. I've had my AC replaced and my dish washer replaced. Honestly, I had to deal with my own personal racism and comfort level with being a minority when I'm use to being a majority. If anything, I've gained from living at River Bend because I opened myself up to gaining something from it. Leave your prejudice at the gate and realize you're getting a good deal for the money. Apartments are huge. Maintenance is responsive. The management really SHOULD put up a car stereo loudness prohibition! I don't think they realize how much that unnerves people. I really don't like it and it happens a bit too much. They DO have security on property now. That, I like.

Who are you kidding? You have got to be blind not to see what is going on around you!! Open your eyes stop blocking it out, you will see the big picture. Yes, the apartments are huge but that is not keeping me safe!! I have been here for just a few months and I cannot wait to get the heck outta dodge.
