I have lived there for a year and a half before I moved out because of crime. Three days into me living there my car was vandalized because I asked the people upstairs from me to turn down the music because it was midnight. If anything breaks, good luck getting it fixed anytime soon. They may come out quick the first time it happens but after that, forget it. I had items in my apartment broken for weeks and some things never got fixed. The crime rate progressively got worse as time went on. A 19 year old kid was murdered a few units down and the apartment right next door to me was robbed in the middle of the day when the guy was home. Just a few weeks ago I heard on the news about someone getting strangled somewhere in the complex. ( I wasn't there for that one). If I ever moved back there.......you'll know I messed up real bad.
There is one positive thing about Riverbend. The staff in the front office was always very nice, but didn't help the speediness of the unit problems.

I agree with this review! Just the other night there was a double shooting right outside my apt door! Me and my husband and our son came home to our building roped off with crime scene tape, cops everywhere, and shattered glass from cars being shot up! I cant wait until my lease is up! We will be out of there!!
