You don't always get what you pay for...

A beautiful setting outside, a practical nightmare inside. The apartments, even the one bedrooms, are large, however they are poor quality. My utility outlets were so outdated both JEA and Bellsouth charged me to install newer ones. The air conditioning unit was so loud I had to use closed-captioning on the television when the AC ran. Despite years of complaining, this was never rectified.
All of the countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom were painted, and not painted well. They were not washable, nor were they as durable as normal countertops. The dishwasher was a remnant from the early 80's, and had evidently broken down several times since there were several large welds inside the unit. And although the community is gated, the gate is never used.
There is little or no security, in fact, my bicycle was stole from my back patio (the padlock I used had been cut), and my car stereo was stolen from my car TWICE, while parked mere feet from my bedroom window.
