I moved in into this apartment the end of last year December. I moved into the largest 2 bedroom 2 bath. For the first 3 months I had no hot water in the main bathroom.Also no a/c for 3 months. They claimed to have fixed the problem but it wasn't fixed until 3 months into out lease. Because they didn't fix it, our electric bill tripled. Then, the water went out in the other bathroom so for another 3 weeks we had no water. There was mold imbedded into the carpet that they were supposed to clean and never did. There was an ant infestation in the walls. On top of all of this, someone broke into our apartment in broad daylight and stole our hard earned things. We decided that that was enough. We still had all of these problems unfixed and River Bend still charged us A grand almost to break the lease. Someone even stole the tags off our cars.
