The apartments are right across from the Jacksonville University, and they are nicer than the doorms. However, there are a number of problems that we had:
The lake looks nice, but at times it stinks.
The sprinklers stink always, we have been wondering what kind of wanter they are using to sprinkle the lawn.
Do not walk on the lawn in the dark, as people with dogs take them there to poop.
It takes long to repair things in your home.
The windows are quite thin, so if your bedroom is on the first floor, there will be three AC units outside. They can be loud.

Nice touch about the apartments: there are cute ducks there.

Bottom line: if you are looking for an upscale place, this is not the place.
