It's cheap for the size. I stay in a 3br 1250sq. ft. i would only reccommend this place if you are a student a JU. If you have a family...make this your last choice. The schools SUCK!! I had to send my child to school in a different zone.All of my neighbors are loud, and security just tells you to call the police. They have gate attendants, but they let anyone pass through. On several occassions my friends have visited and just waved at the gaurds, and they assummed that they were tenants and let them through w/o checking id. The office staff is rude, and always act as if you are bothering them if you call to report something broken ( which by the way main. never gets around to fixing).My kitchen light has been hanging on by wires for three months now!!I'm not re-newing my least b/c this environment is unsafe. there are electrical problems and several safety violations.
