we had no air for a week in the hottest of summer, because it "needed a part", and this was after waiting 3 days for them to even get them to look at it. after calling bunches of times thru the day. not to mention the office staff telling us that it was a personal problem, that "comfort" is not a requirement of the lease for them to worry about. 6 months of reporting the ceramic tiles falling in the shower. and 12 months of the bathtub leaking along with the toilet leaking and the apartment downstairs even complaining about the water. i had to prop up my microve with books because the counter was uneven and falling thru. and the bathtub stopping up and they waited over a week to come and fix it and told us we had to drain it before they would touch it.. until we threatened to call the health department for such poor living conditions... then they fixed it. not to mention night security at the gate disappearing and leaving the gate shut so NO one can come in. and my favorite, the doors are electronic to get in the building to get to your apartment.. good luck getting them to work to even be able to get to your apartment. hopefully you wont be carrying grocieries.

They staff also told me that "comfort" was not a term of the lease when my a/c was out for months. Took them about 4 tries to get it fixed, and it took several months to get them out here each time.
