Let the title speak for itself..and no I am not kidding. Ever since I have moved in this apartments I have had nothing but trouble. The staff is nice IF you don't need anything fixed. I have had problem with Roaches (Not palmeto bugs), mold THRICE 1st: Bathroom Ceiling (Mushrooms growing) They came, saw, spray painted and left. 2nd bad leak in kitchen from upstairs..mold and mushrooms around cabnits and cabnits bulging about to bust. Took them a month to come fix it..which was after I called the Health Department on them. 3rd: Leak in my ac closet, making more mold.
The list will go on, and I am sure you don't have the time to read it. I do not reccommend this place. Plus, the gates don't work, and there was a homicide late '05
