Extreme dissapointment

I dislike this apartment immensely. They've had to come fix my stove three times because they didn't fix it the first time. I even have to call them again and request a repair to the same stove. When I moved in there was trash on the balcony, the closet doors were falling off, the oven door fell off in the hands of the staff that checked me in. My kitchen light doesn't work and after being told that they would fix it, it still won't work six months later. The sinks drain extremely slow and the water pressure on the shower is less than adequate. There are two gates to get into the apartment. One is supposed to be closed 6pm - 6am and the other to be manned by a security guard. The closed gated entrance is left open and the security gate allows anyone through. The entrance bar is constantly up and when it's put down, someone runs into it. The security doors to the individual apartment buildings NEVER work. The office says that ADT is on it's way out, but I was told that when I first moved in 10 months ago. My lease is over here shortly and I received notice that I had to give them 60 days notice of my leaving, or they were going to charge me money for not giving correct moving notice. What then I ask is the point of even signing the lease' This apartment complex is all about taking your money and will charge you for whatever they can , while not wanting to fix things that are broken. I can't wait til my lease is over and I would NEVER tell anyone they should live here.
