Just for the record, we on this list of comments are the apartment's advertisers. This is a big clue for most to not move here, but I think I am about to blow away some minds here. I am a college student, and the prices are yes, reasonable. However, upon moving in I found I moved in with several other roommates, apparently - ROACHES. I lived with those guys for 2 months before River City Maint. came along. Soon after, we were surprised with FLYING TERMITES AND FLEAS...all at once. I have been with those unwanted issues for 2 months, and we have had TWO visits for sprays....JUST TWO. We have had a huge leak, it took them 2 weeks, which was around the time we started smelling mold. HELLO...DO NOT MOVE HERE.
P.S: They offered us discounted rent for our troubles, but only because I called so often (probably...). Also, they are in the process of moving us into a new apartment, for free, with new rennovations and everything. Until then, we are stuck with fleas...and it has been 3 weeks to move in there so far (and we were given ONE week). If you have patience, be my guest and move on in! At least it's conveniently located to many different places in Jax since 9A is complete...
