We have lived here for 3 months and it has been awful. We got half of our stuff moved in and then realized that they had mistakenly put us in an apt w/out w/d hookups. After moving our stuff to a new apartment we thought everything was ok. Then the bugs started to come out. We have lived in several apartments in Jacksonville and have never seen a cockroach infestation like this. After several calls to the office in which they assured me "Someone will be out tomorrow to spray." I finally took matters into my own hands. Two investigators from the health department are coming to document the living conditions so we can be let out of our lease and get the security deposit back.
