River City Landing Apartments

It was 'ok', but nothing spectacular From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I lived there for 3 years. Biggest complaint is security doors rarely worked, the carpet in hallways was filthy--even had a dog poop in hall one or two times. Staff was okay--not the most helpful or friendly but repairs were made pretty efficiently. Would not work with me when I was in process of purchasing a home--they raised my rent and had me pay an additional fee because I would not sign a lease, although I told them I was in process of buying a home.
