River City Landing has a very unique structure. That is what lured me. When I moved in the problems started immediately. Dog poop and trash were always in the hallways, and it would be days before it was cleaned up. If you requested maintenance to fix something you had better hope that it wasnt something you needed immediately because it could take two weeks and repeated requests, if it was done at all. I dealt with the roaches, but fleas are uncompromisable. I went to an on site laundry room and my leg started to itch and i looked down to stratch my leg and it was literally covered with fleas. That experience was just sickening. When my son was playing in the living room and i noticed he had fleas on him that did it. I had to go.
