River City Landing Apartments

Absolutely Horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   River City Landing has a very unique structure. That is what lured me. When I moved in the problems started immediately. Dog poop and trash were always in the hallways, and it would be days before it was cleaned up. If you requested maintenance to fix something you had better hope that it wasnt something you needed immediately because it could take two weeks and repeated requests, if it was done at all. I dealt with the roaches, but fleas are uncompromisable. I went to an on site laundry room and my leg started to itch and i looked down to stratch my leg and it was literally covered with fleas. That experience was just sickening. When my son was playing in the living room and i noticed he had fleas on him that did it. I had to go. If you are looking for plumbing problems come on over If you like the smell of dog poop to greet you on your way into your apartment. This is the place for you. I hope you find suitable apartment. Just do not choose these apartmens
