Take it from me, I was tenant for 7-1/2 years and I finally had enough. The roaches are everywhere, no real pest control. We had swarming termites before we left nothing ever done about that. They took our kitchen apart for a re-plumb and it took a letter the management company to have them put it back together after 4 months of requesting them to fix it in person and by phone and they never fixed the bathroom vanity. The manager never returns calls directly, infer what you will on this point. Amenities are a joke as the laundry room machines occasionally work; it is filthy half the time. The pool is always filthy and they kept it open until I call the health department. They only have a pool person come out once every month maybe, so the pool is closed for long stretches during the summer. The walls of the apartments are paper thin, so you can hear everything and I mean everything in the apartment upstairs, and to the left and right of you. The tenants play their music loud at three in the morning and you complain to the complex and nothing is done about it.

So called safty doors don't work there is no controled access to the buildings. My neighbor had her TV stolen in the middle of the day. The grass grows to two feet before they will pay to have it cut. The trash is always over flowing and parking is an absolute nightmare. I have had three friends move because of valuables being taken from their apartments with no forced entries. I've seen drug deals go down on property in front of my apartment. To add insult to injury we the wanted t raise my rent almost $160 and make us pay a flat rate of $60 for water which previously tripled without and explanation from the Manager. Unless you are desperate don t think about this place.
