I have lived here for a couple of years now. It was an excellent property at first, green grass clean lake with beautiful ducks. But oh how it has gone from sugar to poop. First let me confirm that there is a naked man that runs around. The office staff you will never know their name because they rotate out so often and none of them give a crap about the tenants. My porch was about to collapse and they only fixed it because my concerned elderly neighbor apparently called corporate when I couldn't get anywhere. The halls stink, there is always trash on the premises. The security guards let any and everybody in and I have driven up on them a few times and they are in the booth passed out sleeping. Bad mouthed kids running around while their even more foul mouth mothers look on. Maintenance is the biggest joke on board. Then they had some plumbers come in over a year ago that destroyed the apartments and they still have not been repaired. And they are LIARS. They sucker you in to renew your lease promising you dinner and movie tickets 9 months later you've got nothing. I hate this place now. And as much as I was a hip hip hooray advocate for this place, I think its beyond time to move on.
